Instructions for brewing Greenfields Coffee with a phin filter:

Phin-brewing coffee is coarsely ground, so use boiling water at 97 to 100°C to fully extract the coffee.

Step 1. Lightly rinse the phin and the ceramic cup.

Step 2. Put 20g of coffee into the phin.

Step 3. Bloom the coffee with 20ml of hot water.

Step 4. Add another 40ml of water to the phin.

Step 5. Wait for the coffee to drip through and enjoy.
